SERVPRO of Bloomington/Richfield were called to this beautiful home after it had flooded. The husband and wife of the home were incredibly distraught about the amount of devastation the flood had caused in their home.

After calling their homeowners insurance they were referred to our SERVPRO office. We moved quickly to help them remove all the damaged materials from their home. We also created a flood cut throughout the house which can be seen in the second picture. These style of cuts are necessary after a flood to remove bacteria contaminated building materials.
